For all of our websites we use a plugin that will help with SEO. If we are redesigning your website, we will keep your permalinks intact so that your current ranking will remain. We can also integrate Google Analytics and give tips on how to best optimize your website. We can provide more in-depth SEO services at an additional cost – please inquire.

We will make the software updates to your site so that we can assure your security remains in tact and that there aren’t any formatting issues as a result of the updates. We can train you to update your website through a brief screen share to make image, copy, blog, etc. changes, and will make sure to set up your site so it’s easy for you to update. We also offer maintenance packages which can include a set amount of hours per month.

That largely depends on the size and security of your site. For e-commerce sites, we would suggest maintenance more frequently. If you use a lot of software for different functionality, we will also suggest frequent maintenance. This keeps your site secure and functioning at its optimal level. For smaller, informational sites, the maintenance is usually quarterly unless there is a critical update that we need to take care of.

We offer hosting to our clients on our private server. Only our clients are on this server and we perform daily backups of all of the sites. Please contact us to learn about pricing and details.

We will provide regular updates via email and request information either by email, phone or text. We will set up a shared folder system (Dropbox or Google Drive) which you will use to upload content, imagery, logos, etc. necessary for the website. We will schedule design reviews via screenshare when we provide the initial wireframes (if applicable) and when we move into the live environment.

The time required for each website varies. This largely depends on how complex the site is and how much work is involved. If your site is strictly informational with a few pages, it could take upwards of a couple of weeks to complete. The time it takes to complete a website is also dependent on how quickly we receive images and content from our clients.
